I was just looking for a pizza oven that didn’t require taking out a small loan, which apparently is a big ask these days. Found this one, ordered it, and it’s been good. The price was better than a few other places, and so far it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Good value, no drama, which is always a nice surprise...

I had a little problem with my order confirmation so I sent them an email. They got back to me the next day and fixed it without making it all complicated. The delivery info could of been clearer in the beginning, but the person I talked to was really nice and kept me updated. Overall, good experience

I ordered an oven and the delivery process was a mess. At one point I thought it was coming on Tuesday, then the tracking made it seem like maybe Thursday, but it barely updated so I wasn’t even sure what was going on. It eventually showed up late, and by then I’d already had to rearrange my schedule more than once. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

The box had some dents when it showed up, but the oven itself was totally fine.

Putting it together was straightforward for the most part. I did it by myself in around 45 minutes, though the instructions had a couple spots where I had to pause and figure out what they were getting at, especially around the legs.
Once it was assembled, the rest was easy. It fired up right away and seems to be working as it should. I’d give it 4 stars mostly because the manual leaves a little room for interpretation, but otherwise I’m happy with it.
